April proved to be a dynamic and productive month for iSUN3D, as our global footprint expanded from Asia to the Americas. From industry expos to in-depth client dialogues, we continued to forge ahead on a journey of constant evolution.
1 Rapid+TCT Expo, Detroit, USA
From April 8–10, iSUN3D joined eSUN at the Rapid+TCT Expo, North America’s largest additive manufacturing event. The exhibition showcased cutting-edge technologies and groundbreaking innovations, where we actively engaged with industry peers and absorbed the latest sector trends.
Following the expo, we visited Mexico, home to long-standing partners of iSUN3D. Since establishing collaboration in 2021, both sides have maintained close exchanges. Our Mexican collaboration model—a seamless fusion of Chinese advanced technologies and Latin American market demands—has successfully launched over 20 stores across Mexico and Colombia. During this visit, we delved into local market challenges and explored strategies to refine our partnership framework.
3 CHINAPLAS 2025, Shenzhen
From April 15–18, iSUN3D participated in CHINAPLAS 2025 at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center, presenting our comprehensive solutions. As a globally renowned trade fair, it drew enthusiastic engagement from clients worldwide. Notably, our Cloud-Based Intelligent Manufacturing Platform for Footwear Flexible Polymer Materials won the “Innovation Award” in the “2025 Top 10 Technological Trends Case Competition” hosted by Adsale, the organizer of CHINAPLAS, for its excellence in smart manufacturing.
4 Rehabilitation Expo, Osaka, Japan
From April 16–18, we showcased our full suite of solutions at the Osaka Rehabilitation & Assistive Technology Expo, a pivotal event in Asia’s healthcare and accessibility sectors. The exhibition attracted a steady stream of visitors who expressed keen interest in our standardized foot and spine health solutions, highlighting their vast potential in the Japanese market.
5 Client Visit: Kazakhstan
On April 21, our team traveled to Kazakhstan for strategic discussions with local partners. Since initiating collaboration in 2024, both parties have sustained high-frequency, in-depth cooperation. Drawing inspiration from the Mexican model, our standardized solutions have now taken root in Kazakhstan’s medical and consumer markets over the past six months. We anticipate their replication across broader regions in the near future.
From North America’s additive manufacturing summit to Shenzhen’s innovation accolades,
From replicating the Mexican model to solidifying Kazakhstani operations,
iSUN3D remains committed to technological excellence and market-driven innovation,
continuously advancing intelligent manufacturing
to pioneer a new ecosystem of standardized solutions.
